I am reading this sentence: "Non-transparent or unfair promotion practices are often ..." and I wonder whether it should be re-written as: "Non-transparent or unFAIR promotion practices are often ..." Where the unFAIR holds a link to FAIR principles?
Bjoern.gerlach: This is a very good point, however, in this case, I believe unfair really refers to practices where somebody is unfairly and incorrectly treated. It does not refer to the FAIR principles.
